By using this website, you indicate that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

All content published and made available on our site is the property of CABTIME and the site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our site.
Age Restrictions
The minimum age to use our website is 16 years old. By using this website, users agree that they are over 16 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.
Accounts
When you create an account on our website, you agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
- All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our website illegally or if you violate these terms and conditions.
Service
These terms and conditions govern the booking of our services available on our website and passenger app. We are under a legal duty to supply services that match the description on our website.
The following services are available on our website:
- Transport service
The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered are completed.
These terms and conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our website and apps at the time you access them. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our website at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your transport whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. More rules apply regarding refunds and cancellations. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
CABTIME provides a free platform (the "Service") that allows you to request, book, and pay for passenger transportation services ("Journeys, Trips, Rides") using the CABTIME app (the "App"), which is accessible for download on mobile devices or online booking (the "Web Booker"). Drivers of licensed private hire vehicles ("Drivers") can download the CABTIME DRIVER application (the "App") to offer to provide the journey to you.
When you submit a ride request using the App, CABTIME will process your request and may approve your booking (depending on your location and payment history) in order to identify and assign you a driver who is willing and able to complete your travel request.
CABTIME shall provide the following services in connection with the booking as part of the service.
- Accepting and processing your bookings as they come in.
- Locating a driver to fulfil your request.
- Keeping track of bookings.
- Remotely monitoring trips booked to guarantee the safety of drivers and passengers, as well as the App's proper operation.
- Through our customer support staff, we process and manage complaints, questions, requests for lost and recovered goods, and feedback. We urge any booking feedback to be submitted through the App or on our website, in compliance with relevant law and Reading Borough Council's expectations.
You can cancel your booking request for a ride at any moment before your ride begins by contacting us through email or using the App. However, if you withdraw your booking request more than 5 minutes after CABTIME has successfully assigned your trip to a Driver, you will be charged a 85% cancellation fee.
No show and waiting time
For meet and greet services, we give a maximum of 45 minutes of free waiting time from the time the flight arrives, which is included in the booking price.
After the free waiting period has expired, there is a normal fee of £5.00 every 15 minutes. Larger vehicles such as coaches will cost £10 every 15 minutes.
CABTIME will check for flight delays, but will not be held liable for excessive time spent at immigration control.
Suppose our driver is unable to reach you within one hour of the flight's arrival. In that scenario, the booking will be cancelled, and no refund for credit/debit card payments will be provided. You will be liable for 85% of the fare.
If you are late to meet your driver at the pick-up location, CABTIME may charge you a cancellation or late show-up fee of up to £10 for local rides and up to £25 for airport pick-ups on behalf of the driver.
CABTIME may offer social features on the service from time to time, such as the opportunity to contact, rate, and review the driver. Any usage of such social features must adhere to the rules of acceptable use outlined below.
All feedback must be respectful and must not contain any offense or abusive language. Anyone suspected of racial abuse we will pass on information to the authorities.
Third-Party Goods and Services
Our website may offer services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our website.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
- Credit Card
- Credit for business account holders - Weekly, Monthly Invoices
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement
To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period up to 24 - 8 hours before the booking time. To cancel, contact us by email at info@cabtime.co.uk
The right to cancel does not apply if:
- The driver is on route and assigned by CABTIME
- If you enter the vehicle and start the journey
- 5 minutes after your driver is on route
- If the driver is waiting at the airport, railway station or sea-port
Effects of Cancellation
We will charge you if you cancel your booking as listed below.
- Up to 85% charge depending on pick-up location if you cancel while the driver is on route. (Airport, Sea-Port, Railway Station bookings)
- Up to 50% charge if you booked a pick-up from our local coverage area and cancel while the driver is on route.
Reimbursements
Passengers are responsible for allowing enough time when booking to account for check-in timings and traffic conditions. CABTIME is not liable for late arrivals at your destination as a result of passengers failing to book on time.
Passengers are responsible for booking a vehicle that is large enough to accommodate the number of passengers travelling. All children, regardless of age, are considered as one passenger.
Passengers are responsible for booking an appropriate vehicle to accommodate their luggage.
If a pre-booked taxi arrives more than 40 minutes late and the client misses onward transport, such as a flight, train, cruise ship, CabTime will ONLY refund the fare owed on the scheduled route. We shall not be obligated to reimburse consumers for the cost of flights or other expenditures.
Refunds
We provide refunds for services as follows:
- Assume we cancel a booking because we are unable to provide the service. A complete refund will be given within 7-14 working days in that instance.
- Bookings cancelled after a driver has been assigned will be refunded 15% off the fare. Bookings are given to drivers 8 hours or up to 1 hour before the pick-up time.
- There will be no refunds for bookings when you do not meet your driver within 1 hour of your flight's arrival time. And if neither the driver nor the company has been contacted.
- Changes to the pick-up or destination will not be refunded unless communicated in advance through email.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these terms and conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These terms and conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Our website contains links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service linked to our website. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party websites before using these sites.
Limitation of Liability
CABTIME and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the website.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this website you indemnify and hold harmless CABTIME and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our website or your violation of these terms and conditions.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Country of England.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these terms and conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these terms and conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these terms and conditions will still be considered valid.
Changes
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our website and the way we expect users to behave on our website.
